theyve been trying to gentrify the bronx for so long but havent been able to get people to come that way. with the rebranding of the South Bronx as the Piano District (named for the neighborhood’s history as an epicenter for piano production in the early 1900s) and the new Keith Rubenstein development (six 25-story waterfront towers). Rubenstein had an invite only masquerade party & exhibit recently in the neighborhood. and of course the only people who were invited were rich people, with an A-list celebrity and socialite attendance. With Harlem & Brooklyn completely engulfed, and the gentrifiers slowly creeping across Queens. The only place for them to go is North to the Bronx I see.

yes ive definitely been seeing that. i just wish they wouldnt do any of this. stay out of neighborhoods.
